Topic: Will we ever get a call of duty 3ds?

Playing resident evil revelations I can see 3ds has amazing power. Call of duty would look awesome on 3ds and use 3d plus touch control. You guys think it'll happen eventually. I never played ds call of duties but i know there are some. Imagine a call of duty on 3ds.

There's always potential for COD to be ported to something, but no announcements thus far.

I want an FPS as well, but I don't want oversaturation like the 360.

i hope an fps comes to 3ds, it can hold up too it, since 3ds has very good graphics.

Considering 3DS has zero first person shooters, I think the chances of oversaturation are pretty much null.

Quite frankly, I'd be fine with a yearly COD outing on 3DS. Considering how there aren't any games on the genre out or in the works (as far as I'm aware) then it wouln't feel like we're getting a ton. After all, it's one in a genre per year.

Well I know they released one on PS Vita and that was horrid from what I've heard, maybe they'll improve and try again on 3DS instead?

i'm hoping, i'd love it, i hate that assassins creed 3ds was cancelled. i'd love an assassins creed for 3ds in the future as well.

I wouldnt be surprised by that either seeing as how much Ubisoft is in love with Nintendo making exclusives like crazy for Wii U, so maybe they'll also try 3DS again.

oh yea ubisoft is a lover of nintendo like bread and butter. Most of their games now are on wii, wiii u, ds and 3ds. ubinintendo, lol. Also they actually make good games on nintendo platforms.

Yeah the DS COD's didn't sell good and judging by the reception for the VITA release (bad reviews and lousy sales) you will probably be waiting a long time for the 3DS... I Would like a Dementium 3 with a remade trilogy though

Maybe, if Activision decides to port one of the next games (and they usually do). However, with the way the Playstation Vita one failed miserably and some quotes I heard saying that Activision considered portable consoles dead or something similar, I'm not too sure...

it'll be better if they made a stand alone call of duty on 3ds not a port, cause you'll be playing the port on wii u. lol. vita cod was stand alone, but did not do well, maybe the 3ds version might do better. i'd love a conduit 3ds too. Plus just give me a 3ds fps lol.

Activision considered handhelds dead? that's an LOL moment for sure

Renegade Kid needs to get back to FPS games. New Dementium and Moon with dual-analog would be sexy as hell. I wouldn't mind another Metroid Prime Hunters, or maybe even some console ports or sequels (Homefront 2 on the 3DS)

I just want at least an fps game, I love Japanese games, 3ds and wii u is more japan based than western, even though wii u is getting many western titles, I'd love 3ds the same. Some variety.

Hell no. This is the one game I wish never gets on 3DS. The 3DS is a classy console, it does not need to be degraded for the likes of crappy COD.

If COD (a quality yet endlessly repetitive and yearly rip-off style game) is degrading the console, what do you think of games like Generator Rex or Disney Princess: My Fairy Adventure?
