TBH honest the iPhone isn't even that great I mean they hardly improve any new version that comes out it's just people go tech crazy over tech they probably don't even know how to use in the first place. The other factor being OMG everyone's getting one so I should too.

If the iPhone hasn't hurt the 3DS too much when it was brand new and revolutionary, then a tired revision like this one won't do sod all.
And as for the Playstation Vita stuff... not likely going to be an issue. More like a potential problem for either certain home consoles or microconsoles like the Ouya.
The iPhone 5C won't hurt anything, it's cheap by Apple standards, not cheap by smartphone standards. The Vita TV seems more of a threat to the Ouya and microconsole. The Vita Revision just seems pointless.
8 words: it won't change my opinion on the 3DS, it is the best
