Goodness! :) Biscuits in the UK means the same as cookies in the US. Biscuits in the US means savoury scones in the UK.

Back on topic. Nintendo Life to me is important because we get reviews of all the great DSiWare and WiiWare. I'm really glad this site grew into the Form as well. It's the first place I come in the morning when I get on the 'Net.

Not to sway back towards the topic or anything, but NL is pretty important for me because I can actually get good, technical reviews for downloadable titles. I found out about this site after paying for Midnight Bowling and finding out that it licks balls.
I'm a big fan of try-before-you-buy specifically for this reason, and when it's not possible to get a demo (or even download the game :$), I at least like a good review :P
NL has saved me more than a few $ on bad WiiWare/DSiWare games, and I say "thanks"
:P

NL is important to me because of all the nice people on the forums and articles that aren't clogged in bots, and the articles and reviews are informative and unbiased.

Because tangents are cool, how or why did you first arrive at NL or its predecessors?

I, probably like many, was looking for a reliable place to seek out reviews of VC titles, way back when. You know, when Nintendo actually cared about its much-touted VC. Ha! Those were the days, eh? In any case, "vc-reviews.com" definitely found itself in an awesome little niche for me and I dug it. Still do.

Well, then no sites' cookies are as crunchy and sweet as NL's. You don't see a more realiable review system that has plenty of Virtual Console, Wiiware, and Dsiware information anywhere else. That's how I first came here.

You serious?

There's many more sites with way more users that can communicate through PMs, unions, etc. (foreign concepts on NintendoLife..) and easily meet up and discuss Nintendo stuff.

Is this your very first gaming site?

I think Nintendo Life is great mostly because of the community here. This is probably one of the most peaceful group of video game site useres on the net and for that I am greatful. Also, since its Nintendo Life, I almost never have to hear any garbage about Sony and Microsoft :P

In all seriousness, Alexsays, I wouldn't mind a namedrop. I've honestly looked around before and though NL is missing some key features like the ones you listed, I couldn't find a superior site that did. BL is the closest but its all user-content.

What i meant by that is that there was limited options to meet Ninty gamers from all over.

I beg to differ. Partly because all news has some bias, but also because the news here can be very biased. Perhaps you just don't notice it because it resonates with your own bias.

This is something you should apply often in life. Almost anytime you run into anything you feel is unbiased, it simply means you're biased the same way. Look at the people watching Fox News...
