I take my 3DS XL and my SO's 3DS out with me if i'm going to the shop or whatever for the coins and to collect people but every time I come back I always have like 6 more people than he does. Can someone only be collected once every so often and my XL simply gets them before his DS does? Or is the XL have a longer range or something? They're both next to one another in my bag. Just wondering as i've been so confused!

no idea why that happens, op.
i have a different problem. everytime a friend of mine comes to play 3DS with me we streetpass and he never gets my correct mii. only the very standart mii that you can see when you create a new mii.
i always get his mii though. the other data is correct. only the mii is wrong
