The LEGO games, Ridge Racer, Street Fighter, Ghost Recon, and maybe Rayman are the only good games out of all of those.
I agree with this. Except Lego Star Wars III: The Clone Wars. I didn't enjoy that game. The one on the Wii was so much fun though. Especially multiplayer.
In the UK, try ASDA and Grainger games they usually have good deal. A lot of the launch titles can be found for about £15, GAME sometimes has really good offers but you have to be quick because usually not on for long.

Ghost Recon is on the the best games on the system. In my opinion it was the best launch day game, yes, better than the SF rehash. If you can get that for $5-20 then it's an absolute steal in my books.
