Both goemon games and goldeneye... the last gen remake of golden eye wasn't that good to me. Also add jet force gemini and wave race to that list.

Assuming Nintendo is still arsey enough to charge $40 for a remake, nothing besides MM.
If they aren't so foolish, I'd like to see a Sin and Punishment remake (actually an S&P/S&P2 compilation with improvements would be worth 40 bucks). An eShop remake of Yoshis Story would be fun.
