Topic: What's going to happen to Nintendo Life when Miiverse starts?

Will this place take a serious hit in less new posts and threads?
Will the forum be closed down? (i hope not)

Nothing, I assume. Miiverse appears to be less like a forum and more along the lines of a Facebook wall, with Topics instead People.

It's going to be like the Friend Code frenzy when the 3DS came out, except much easier because of the potential lack of friend codes.

... in all seriousness, though, we'll still be around when the Miiverse starts up — we're not expecting any severe changes in site traffic so far as i know :3

Won't keep me from coming here. Doubt I even use Miiverse much (I don't even Swapnote). I do what little Internet socializing on the Computer, and gaming on consoles/handhelds. I like one devoted thing for different activities, instead of a little bit of this and that. It would turn into a headache and chore to check the computer, iPhone, 3DS, Wii U, etc. for messages. Honestly there are TOO MANY functions on electronics these days. It makes things overly complicated and cumbersome. I've tried keeping up in the past and got burnt out on things I paid hundreds of Gil for! So now, I just ignore redundant functions, like messaging, when I have one superior version I can use all the time!

Oh, and I wish we could have @theblackdragon for a Miiverse moderator.

I don't think it'll have too much of an impact. At least for me. Having idle chit chat with Wii U randoms is nowhere near being a part of the Nintendo Life community

I'll still be coming here. The only way Miiverse will keep me off NintendoLife is if they start updating me with the latest Nintendo news and stream E3 and the Nintendo Directs.

Actually I think this place might be very pleasant with a hint of peaceful tranquility floating through the air... That won't last long... the trolls they come... gathering members along the wretched path to insanity... broken records stuck on the same loop forever whining a nonsensical chorus of hatred...

But we will be back to take what is rightfully ours my comrades! we will be back to troll the trolls until their fortress of garble is locked for all eternity!
