I don't think there was a point in announcing the Lego Batman 2 demo. I don't think a large amount of people that are watching this conference wanted a demo for the game. While it was unexpected, I think they could have done something else with the time they used for that announcement. They should have had waited until tomorrows Nintendo Download PR to announce the demo.
What do I expect from Nintendos 3DS presentation? I expected new games to be unvieled or info on old games. Instead I got told what I already knew. Thats the truth.
So so happy about Fire Emblem being confirmed for America. I wish we got a launch period a long with the announcement!
I still haven't played my copy of the original Paper Mario, but I'm already excited for Paper Mario: Sticksr Star.
1. The new Castlevania looks good I suppose, but it just seemed really off. It's more like the forced Lords of Shadow into a 2D Castlevania instead of just making a 2D Castlevania.
2. I really hope the 2D Epic Mickey is better than the 3D Epic Mickey. I'm always in the mood for some fun platforming.
3. I'm intrugued by the changes in the new Paper Mario. Apparently more puzzle based, although the lack of experience from enemies makes me immediately question the point of the battles, but I don't think a series as great as this would make such an obvious mistake.
Where the hell was Animal crossing?!?! Seeing as it hasn't been at E3 at all, I have a bad feeling that we won't get it until next year. I was so looking forward to that game, it was the only 2012 game I was planning on getting at launch. I guess at least the final game is more likely to have been worth the wait if more time is spent on it. I'm also disappointed that there were no new games. I can't remember the last time where there were no new games announced for a current Nintendo console at E3.
I need to stop expecting to be wowed when I stay up till 3am to watch these things...
If they even briefly mentioned Animal Crossing I would have been satisfied.. crycrycrycrycrycrycrycrycrycry.

My thoughts on the conference. In simpler terms, very boring. I did like the Paper Mario, Epic Mickey, New Super Mario Bros. 2 and Luigi's Mansion discussions and gameplay footage and eShop retail releases as I am looking foward to those games. Scribblenauts is another game I want but everything they said was already known unlike the other games they had shown off. No third party announcements was strange and there are a few games that are coming soon that don't have alot of info about them like Skylanders Giants ( the 3DS version by n-space). No point in the Lego Batman 2 section and should have waited until tomorrow to release the demo, would have preferred the Heroes of Ruin demo Europe is getting. No new first party games and no word on Animal Crossing made a very boring and underwhelming conference. At least I loved the E3 conference unlike some others.
