I can't get my two 3DS' to streetpass each other. But don't u need at least one of the same title on each of the handhelds? I thought they would still give me some Mii Plaza hits and thus give me some puzzle pieces or something....?
Did you set up your old 3DS again after the transfer? Remember your old 3DS should be a blank slate now meaning you have to go activate streetpass in the mii plaza and any other games you want to streetpass with.

It could be that my New3DSXL is messed up atm....because I can definitely say its not acting right. (Parental controls randomly reset itself, had to change date because it will randomly change that, one time I turned on the unit and my 3DS home themes didn't load so I had to set that back up.....and I still can't access the eShop. I haven't mentioned those issues because I realize ppl here are tired of hearingu complaints.)
So......yeah, it could be my new 3ds is actin wonky and that's why I can't streetpass with my old one....?

I took the 4GB microSDHC card that came with my New 3DSXL (because I bought a new 32GB one and won't be using that 4GB card) and stuck it into my old 3DS.
For some reason my old 8GB SD card that I had in my original 3DS was still very full as my save data and my pictures/screen shots didn't transfer over to my N3DS.
I needed a fresh SD card in that sucker because I kept getting messages saying my sd card was almost full. In fact I could not even update my Mii Plaza because I did not have enough room to create the "extra save data" it needs for that program.
I'm still going to attempt to get my old save data from old card to my new microSDHC card.....but in the meantime, I wanted to be able to buy and download Birdmania onto my original 3DS. The New3DSXL's touch screen is really too big to be effective in that particular game.
The bottom line is I'm now getting some use out of that microSDHC card that came with the New3DSXL and with a new NNID, I can now download titles to my old 3DS.
FYI I don't plan on buying lots of games onto it. I just wanted to keep playing Birdmania Christmas 3D on the small touch screen.

I forgot about the other games. I actually had fun with Find Mii and then realized that there are more games. So recently picked those up. I kind of like those games. Not sure why- I guess it's that nintendo charm. Nothing all that special about them, but i find myself playing them.

Ha! I had no idea those cute lil' games weren't made my Nintendo. I still haven't purchased any of the 'newer' ones....I still just have Find Mii and Find Mii II and the streetpass puzzles.
Still with the birdmania zerks? Does anyone play that anymore?
Yes. I see weekly scores being updated. There's even a dude on my Miiverse who is always begging me to play it, in hopes I can beat my old score or even get the top score.
I played Bird Mania Christmas 3D on my New 3DS XL and it's terrible. It is very laggy as Mojo, the bird, jumps and skips around constantly. For some reason, it's not fluid at all playing it on the new, bigger handheld.
Also, Bird Mania Christmas 3D was just 99 cents to download. I'm not sure if it's on sale (i didn't see a "price drop" or "on sale" anywhere) but it used to be $1.99 (which is still the price for the original Bird Mania).

Those games are very fun. I hope Nintendo will release more new games for the mii plaza.
