Well being a huge 3DS fan has it's highs and one of them is naming my favourite games.
Here are my favourite 3DS titles so far:
1. Tales of the Abyss
2. The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D
3. Mario Kart 7
4. Super Mario 3D Land
5. Kid Icarus Uprising
6. New Super Mario Bros.2
7. Resident Evil Revelations
8. Heroes of Ruin
9 Rayman 3D
These aren't all the 3DS games I own, but as you can gather they're my favourite out of all of them. I'm still wanting to get Kingdom Hearts: DDD and maybe Metal Gear Solid 3(D) :Snake Eater, but we'll have to see.

Great list (love to see TotA getting some love).

I don't know if they're available in your region, but may I suggest Dead or Alive Dimensions and Ace Combat: Assault Horizon Legacy (I've found both, & MGS3D, to be up there with TotA & OoT3D in my favorites)?

Samurai Warriors: Chronicles may also be worth a look (despite it's middling reviews, I've found it to be great fun).

Currently Playing:

Godzilla: Smash 3 (AND)
Summoners War: Sky Arena (AND)
Salvo Saga (AND)

Tales of the Abyss has gotta be one of my favourite JRPGs ever and yes, it's deserving of some love, the 3DS version is great, although the 3D is good, nothing stands out, but I guess for this game it doesn't need that type of 3D for it to be enjoyed. Also I might add the loading times are super fast and that is a lot to say when comparing it to the original PS2 version. I could talk about this game forever, but this isn't the thread for that.
As for Dead or Alive Dimensions or Ace Combat, I can find them pretty easily, but I'm not so much into fighters and I haven't seen any gameplay or reviews for that particular game, so I wouldn't be sure If it's my type of game.
I used to own Samurai Warriors: Chronicles, but I found it too repetive and hard for my liking, plus it's pretty much like any Samurai/dynasty warriors game anyway.

my favorite would have to be paper mario: sticker star but it will change if we get Mystery Dungeon or the next Pokemon main game on the 3DS.

looking forward to Yoshi's Woolly World, OR/AS, Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker, Pokémon Art Academy, Bayonetta 2, Fantasy Life, Persona Q, and The Lost Valley.

Super Mario 3D Land easily...Wait a second. I haven't even played it yet. That's right, I'm 10 minutes from finally popping it into my 3DS but I know it's going to knock PilotWings Resort out of my number 1 spot. Yeah, keep in mind i still haven't played Kid Icarus, LOZ: OOT 3D, NSMB. 2 and Mario Kart 7 yet so I haven't exactly touched the greatness of the 3DS yet. :p Excitement factor is sky high! eek! :D Why do i get the feeling i'm going to enjoy this more than galaxy and SM64?

@Kromcompany I like what you had to say about your favorite 3ds games and stuff. I added you on MK7 friends list! Let's play together sometime.

PS: I don't get into rpg's too much but one of my top favorites is Super mario rpg for snes. What an incredible game that was!

Let me get my 3ds back from repair and I'll add you!

Anyway, mine would have to, just have to, be Kid Icarus: Uprising. Amazing story length, perfect difficulty options, amazing multiplayer, graphics, dialog, the list goes on. I don't feel like I need to go on though.
But the 3DS has a lot of great, high quality games. Some of my other favorites are Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure, Mario Kart 7, and Professor Layton and The Miracle Mask. Uprising is a clear favorite for me, though.

I'll (hopefully) either be getting PM: Sticker Star or KH: Dream Drop Distance for Christmas.

Let's see if one of them will be able to knock Tales of the Abyss off the top (a feat which KI:U, OoT3D, MGS3D, & DOAD failed to do, even though they're still fantastic games).

Awright, I know lots of you are gonna disagree with me but, the more I play it, the more I realize how much I like it. I'm still not sure wether I prefer this game or Uprising, but if I had to say, this game would beat it by just a teensy bit.
Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure.
I don't know, there's just something about this game, that just makes it so unbearably fun. I mean, Uprising is fantastic, but... Hhhhaaarrrgh.
Replay value in these is an interesting thing for me to choose on, but it's what made me decide on saying I prefer Skylanders.
Downright, Uprising arguably has more, by a large margin in fact. But Skylanders, I play more often. Uprising I just play when I'm in the mood for a shooter, but Skylanders I usually play for at least half an hour every week because it's just pure fun. And overall that means I've probably played more of Skylanders... Just in general. I mean I played Uprising a TON when it first came out, and don't get me wrong, I'll always love that game, but then I just sort of stopped playing it. Maybe I just played it too much in the time I did, I don't know, but Skylanders has some kind of charm strewn across everything that makes me love it every day of the week rather than only on Serious Sunday(:P No). I think something that helps Skylanders a lot is also that new figures to use in it will continue to come out as long as old characters keep getting redone- huzzah! That really does help with value a lot though, especially considering I just like going through the levels a lot even without any level up meaning et cetera... Once I finished leveling Eruptor I frowned a bit knowing that was the last I would level again but the whole worry over that was forgotten when I remembered Series 2 toys work in the first game. As long as there are games in the series being made- let's not joke, this is Activision- there is always going to be something reposed that can work with the first game. And when there's not you can just blast through levels making everything into ashes as you do, and that, itself, is just so much fun. And striving for the best time rushes is fantastic and it's something I regularly work on. (@PekoponTAS Do you think you can defeat 6:29 in Lava Flow Grotto? :D)
Yeah, I think cause of that extra fun replayability Spyro's Adventure just wins for me...
I love both though... I... I just tend to play Skylanders a lot more. :)
