I just thought of a good one.
While playing a game or using System Apps, besides just the Orange Light, have a little bar run on either screen telling us who it is that just came Online.
But make it optional.
Chat Option :I think There should be a Chat in Friend List Option !! You Know it will Be Cool to Talk about games With friends So we can Get More Experience We can Also Help each Other With the Chat too. ( MiiVerse Idea I know) Perntal Control Can lock This option
2. More Things To edit : I want To edit My Home screen With more Options Like U can Chose What color the background is or What shape u want this app To be that Would Be cool
3. Lock An App : If u Have an E-shop Game or SoftWare U dont want Any One to play With it or Mess with it ( ig u Have kidz in the home specialy) That Would be Good So You Can Make Sure No One is Messing With Ur Data
I like #1 and #2, but you can lock your 3DS so noone can get into it. But I know what you mean. Maybe Lockable folders?
I guess I'd want the ability to purchase the exact amount of ecash that you need for a particular game.

1 - StreetPass hits: 50 in one go!
2 - Coins - lift the 10 per day cap... i want like 20-50 per day.

Game Boy video linking is a must: if they made it possible over the Internet it would be even more epic, but at the very least we deserve local multiplayer as part of the original experience.
YouTube and Skype would also be great.
The thing I would really like to see is a security feature that allows you to have a password required every time the system is powered on or woken from sleep, so that our information on our systems can remain private and it reduces the motivation to steal anyone's 3DS (not to mention, all the valuable software linked to it). As of right now you have to use the parental settings to achieve anything like that, but there is certain software such as SwapNote that you can't protect with a password without just refusing to use it at all: there are people getting scribble notes from people's younger siblings because of it. Also, if you are a parent genuinely wanting to set up parental controls on your child's 3DS, then you can't simultaneously use the feature for security unless you're actually planning to make your child get you to enter the password every time they want to play their completely safe E-rated games: considering children are poor and often desperate to try to steal a 3DS from another child, and can't easily afford to replace their 3DS if it's stolen, that really sucks.
1 - Option to erase Notifications.
2 - When we get Notifications, let us know when we recieved it. If its a SwapNote Notification tell us who sent it or tell us how many new notes.
