The great and relatively inexpensive games on the eShop. For the price of one full-priced game you can buy Pushmo, Sakura Samurai, Zen Pinball, Mighty Switch Force, Art of Balance Touch, and have money left over. And they're always with you! (That's not to mention the virtual console games.)

Though it is a tad bothersome that Mighty Switch Force takes up a good chunk of storage space.

It's sleek and it's portable console design at its best. Oh, and what @BenAV said.

You mean, what DID I like the most about the 3DS. I threw mine out of the window when they didn't announce any new info on Animal Crossing 3D.

I like the fact that its a portable, handheld device that allows me to play popular mainstream titles with my friends no matter where i am.

Good games and graphics when I played RE: Revelations I was like O_O wow this game looks good same for MK 7 which looks as good as the Wii version. I'm not a graphics whore but still I gotta admit some of these games looked good.

The technology. At the risk of sounding like a moron for being obsessed with graphics... I love the graphics. The thing is, my first foray into videogames was on the N64. I enjoy many older, 2D sprite games, but I just cannot help but love some polygonal action. I hadn't bought a handheld prior to now, because the games on systems like the DS rarely were the type to interest me. I was just basically waiting for a Nintendo handheld that looked and performed like a recent console.

RevolverLink

That I can download many of the Game Boy games that I missed out on.

And that it can play DS games - my old Lite has seen better days...
