It crashes going on Gmail? I didnt know that. I basically just use the mail app instead (on both)
Yeah, I use the mail app on my iPhone too, but Safari can handle Gmail (in case I need to go on the site and look up an older email on the go). It seems to be too complex for the DSi browser to handle reliably though. I don't need to use my DSi to surf the internet/check my mail. However, if you can't check your mail on an internet device, I would categorize that device as a fail.

3D WORDS! COOOOOOOOL!! I have a feeling though... some little kid in the world will be using it for porn to have 3D pictures.
On a serious note,it should be far quicker than the DSis, its slow and takes 5 minutes to load a paragraph on NL.
I would like Flash, and maybe the ability to play YT videos, that would be really cool. But I would like the ability to open another window to check your mail and then get back to whatever you were doing beforehand without having to leave that page to check something else, that's really irritating.

Gmail works fine on my DSi, but (a) it's slow as hell, natch, and (b) you have to click the 'view as HTML for slow connections' or whatever link that is to bypass all the fancy interface stuff :3 I don't see it working any better on the 3DS to be honest -- there's some times where i have to be able to e-mail people right then and there, so i'll just bypass checking my Gmail with it altogether, probably :3

i hope you can use the slide pad as your courser (mouse) im telling you it would also be pretty neat if websites could use the 3D effects of the 3DS for HTML 5 content. also being able to post mii to websites is a big thing (atlest it is in my eyes) but all of these new features could make an entirely different 3DSHUB ALL TOGETHER. dsihub wont die, it will be reborn into the true succesor of the DS!

Flash works on phones.....With the right specs....The 3DS doesn't have this, I mean my 3rd gen Ipod Touch struggles with many website and that'll have WAY more RAM then the 3DS so yeah, it'll be more usable but not that viable.
Use the mobile sites making it pretty useful I guess, but if you want a good mobile browser you need a good Android or Apple phone...Plus no 3G makes useless portable browser.
apple thinks they have set the standard for html 5 with the ipad, but at the same time motorola thinks they have set the standard with adobe flash on the latest version of the droid. the droid has the snapdragon prossesor, but then the ipad has the A4 prossesor. can somone give me the bench marks for both of them along with the pica200?

The 3DS web browser is pretty crappy. Its as good as a flip phones. XD But its not the web browser that isnt that good. Some people can actully do neat things with the 3DS's web browser. 3DS Plaza is a place dedicated to the 3DS web browser. You can play games, chat, forums. And its not slow.
