If it is a new Rhythm Heaven (which I doubt), I really hope they don't use touch controls like the DS game. Imprecise touch screens and motion controls don't belong in a a game like that.
Which came in 2011/2012.
Formally called brewsky before becoming the lovable, adorable Yoshi.

1. That S.T.E.A.M. game that was trademarked back in april.
2. Golden Sun 4

Personally, I'm excited for the new 3DS title while at the same time not by so much. The 3DS is already booming sales for Nintendo so it doesn't really matter what game they are going to announce. If its Metroid, chances are they are going to do something different about it like how they did for Fusion.
I was hoping for an AR Warioware. It could even be named wARiowARe! also considering that the 2DS came out, i wouldn't think that 3D would be the focus.

What we know:
1) It's been scheduled for a 90 minute presentation/Q&A session.
2) It's directed at Western gamers.
Given that, in order of likeliness, it's pretty much guaranteed to be:
1) Traditional system-seller in the West.
2) New IP from veteran developer/studio.
3) New partnership with 3rd party, with their first output announced for 3DS.
So Anakin kneels before Monster Mash and pledges his loyalty to the graveyard smash.
