Do you want a new WarioWare D.I.Y. for the 3DS? You could make 3D miniames. I hope if they make one you can take pictures and record sounds and music.

It would also be interesting because of the motion stuff and it meant the Wiiware app could also use the motion sensing of the Wiimote.

I just hope the game itself is better than DIY because it was only click. I want it to be more like Touched with different motions for different people

No. DIY is good enough. It would be cool, but do we really need another? We need something that lasts longer then 8 seconds. We need something like Little Big Planet 2.

I agree, there should be a wide variety of controls like in touched. There should also be a traditional warioware mode.

I agree also. There pre-made games in the first DIY were terrible! The minigames were also all the same. Touched! controles would make it much better. I also hope you could make games using the mic.

Yeah, and a more advanced creator...I dunno how to explain it but the microgames in DIY, are like, not the same you would see in any other WW game.
I love Erica (Strike Witches), Yuuki, and for some odd reason, Megumi (School Rumble)
Update: Also love Yukari and Mizore from Rosario + Vampire.
Another Update: Also Amber and Xiao Pai from Rune Factory 4.

I agree, the micro-games in DIY were like dumbed down versions of the micro-games in all the other warioware games.

An improved WW:DIY for 3DS would be a great idea. If they do that then I think it should have an SD card section where you can place in extra microgames for unlimited storage after you fill up the DIY sections on the game itself. Some names for it could be "Warioware DIY Pro", "Warioware DIY Plus", and "Warioware DIY Deluxe". Although, I'd think they'd wait until the next Nintendo console comes out so it can have a "Showcase" to go with it. They'll probably give the 3DS a new traditional Warioware before they make a new Warioware DIY on 3DS.
I keep these Nintendo Life threads updated: Missing 3DS VC and Wii U VC between regions, Full of list first party Game Boy, Game Boy Color, and Game Gear games missing from the 3DS VC, and Full of list first party Game Boy Advance, Nintendo DS, and Wii games missing from the Wii U VC.

As much as it pains me to say this, but I agree with Funky Gamer, DIY is good enough. I mean, it was great we didn't see a billion Mario Paints.

@FunkyGamer Why do we need something for more than 8 sec? Not quick enough?

WarioWare is about short quick games so they shouldn't be longer. If you want something like LittleBigPlanet then just get LittleBigPlanet.
Other controls than just tapping would be nice but it's probably not that easy to make for the game developers. When they make a game they spend a great time of programming on the controls so I don't think they can just easily implement this in WarioWare DIY. Keep in mind that they want to keep the game simple so even children can make games.
More colors would be great, too. They probably had to keep the color variations down because of memory issues but since the 3DS cards probably have way more memory they could add at least double as many colors.

The thing that makes the micro games great is that you play them randomly one after another.

If there is a follow up to WarioWare D.I.Y., I want more sound effects (and the option to use sounds taken from the Mic as sound effects). It would also be cool to use photos taken on the 3DS as backgrounds. I would also like a 3D model making tool similar to the Mario Artist N64DD games in Japan. Also, making a real 8-second song for microgames rather than the 4-second song that plays twice would be nice.
But before a new D.I.Y, game comes out, I want to see what the developers themselves come up with.

We need something like Little Big Planet 2.
Uh, you do realize that LittleBigPlanet is owned by Sony, who will never let their games touch a Nintendo system, right?

Reread what he said. He said something like LittleBigPlanet 2. He never asked for a portable version of the game on 3DS.

yes, that would be cool, but I would also want a game that allowed you to make bigger games, with miis as an option for characters and some kind of 3D modeling program too like that N64 DD polymaker thing
