As we all know, Wario Land titles have been on every Nintendo handheld since GB. after the fail of Wario Land: Master of Disguise, do you think Nintendo will ever put Wario Land and put it on 3DS? If you think so, how will his latest adventure be like? Maybe a Wario Land Virtual Boy remake in 360 degrees 3D? Just chat about Wario 3D Land here.
I'd like to see the next one incorporate elements from the other Wario games. Like shaking the 3DS to shake enemies. A puzzle aspect like in 3 (or 4, cant remember) and the level design from Master of Disguise. (The level design was awesome, but the drawing thing was a pain) and the backround/forground thing that the VB game had but also use everything the 3DS has to offer. I dont want warioland 3D to be just another typical platformer. Stuff like maybe: Blowing into the Microphone to make wario fart xD Using tilt controls for special stages Using the touch screen for puzzles.
The fun you could have with just that! It would make boring trips fun, like going to a wedding,on a plane, and even at a funeral!
For you, the day LordJumpMad graced your threads, was the most important day of your life. But for me, it was Tuesday. [url=http://www.backloggery.com/jumpmad]Unive...
Anyway, sure, Wario Land on 3DS could be awesome. I hear the Virtual Boy game was good. They could do something like that, concentrating on the different playing fields concept. I'd buy it.
My Backloggery Updated sporadically. Got my important online ID's on there, anyway. :P
Definitely. Not that I know that revival is the right word. The series has only been dormant for a couple of years, after all, thanks to Wario Land: Shake It! But yeah, I agree, starting with some form of a release of the Virtual Boy game would be great. Then they could expand the concept with more modern visuals in a sequel later. Or they could just bundle them together on a retail game, that would be cool, though unlikely.
EDIT @WaveBoy: Wario Land 2 and 3 are unique in the series in that Wario doesn't have a health bar and cannot die. Instead, you lose coins when injured, sort of like in Kirby's Epic Yarn except without the ability to recollect some of them. They did introduce the system by which various in-level objects can change Wario, which was a wonderfully unique system at the time...still quite unusual today, really. They're great games all-around, at any rate. Can't wait until they hit 3DS VC (though I'm sure it'll take ages at this rate).
