Since when have Nintendo so much as acknowledged petitions, VB support I can definitely live without, but petition away I doubt Miyamoto is standing by waiting for the email or will ever even hear of it for that matter, probably get the same ready made statement the staff give to every such petition.

Man, what you've said might be true but I'v been able to get some good responses from Nintendo, GameStop and others. In fact I was able to get quite a nice bit of information out of a Nintendo representative I met at Wal-Mart in Oxnard, California and it was all about the DSi and that was back when the DSi was out in Japan and not here in the USA. I've also been able to squeeze some details as to how the 3DS will be promoted here in the is USA from a Nintendo gentlemen along with info on Nintendo Zone.
My problem is I don't stop, as I can't stop utill I get what it is that I'm after. So, if it's okay I' gonna send off my petition to Ninendo wth a link directing whowever it is that reads it to this thread. I've also given credit to CowLaunch in my letter as it was because of his thread that I began to tweak my ideas a bit regarding the 3DS and the Virtual Boy. BTW my petition is quite pointed and I'm coming off heavy in my tone. I think it'll accomplish what it is that I'm after anyway at lest, if nothing else. Nintendo can't ignore us, the fans. They can't afford to ignore us. What the heck? Ignoring the fans would the lamest thing they could do!
There have been multiple petitions sent to Nintendo and 99.9% (if there are exceptions) have failed to accomplish anything. The thing is they CAN afford to ignore fans because they make money anyway by releasing games that people like. They cannot, however, afford to release every single game that fans want due to many of those games being only wanted by a handful of fans.

Seriously, guys I do pray someone with clout at Nintendo of America sees what I wrote and acts on it because I'm dead serious, I never even got to see Virtual Boy with my own two eyes in the flesh because it came in and went out so fast that I couldn't even snap a finger! The only thing Nintendo seems to be dead serious about bringing to the 3DS is Luigi's Mansion. So, here's to hoping the petition will get some bang for our hopes. I want to sit down and play Mario Clash with my own two thumbs!

I took full responsibility for the letter but I gave credit to CowLunch as it was his thread which encouraged me to go forward with writing a petition for Virtual Boy to 3DS games, I mentioned lz2010 as one of the people in this forum that was on the rocks in regards to if or not the petition would be successful. I challenged Nintendo to NOT act on my petition and I went further to express my fustration with them if they didn't reply positively.
I gave credit to IGN.com for an article they ran encouraging Nintendo to bring Mario Clash and Wario Land to the 3DS. I also called out directly to Reggie Fills Aime, Iwata and Miyamoto in my letter as well. I don't think I've written such a fire charged letter to any company before, I hope I did the right thing.

A VB wario land remake with wario land: the shake dimension graphics as well as new levels would be awesome but I wouldn't mind it if they just released it on VH.

Sure enough, after brief correspondance during which time they came to realise that my actions dictate the world economy, they gave in.

LOL! I do believe in the power of the little man! That's why I write petitions so often, still, I've yet to send off my dusty petition to Lucasfilm Animation begging for animated television shows for both Indiana Jones and Monkey Island!
