Topic: Viewing the 3DS in the sun. Help?

Hi, new to this forum. Just wondered if anyone has any tips of viewing the 3DS in direct sunlight? Going away for two weeks on holiday, but I know it is incredibly hard to see the screen when the sun is directly shining on the screen.

P.S. I also mean is there any kind of add-on that you could put on the 3DS that could give it some shade?

I think it's just hopeless. I'd take some form of Game Boy instead.

throw a sheet over your head & 3DS or just stay in the tent. it really is hopeless unless you block the light in some way.

Use an umbrella.

Wear a hoodie then pull it over your head/3ds.

Well, you're probably going to have to turn the 3D completely off, keep the brightness on full, and maybe position your head so that the shadow of it lands on the top screen.

I don't think it's normal to see 3DSs when you view the sun. You should check a doctor. Or stop viewing the sun.

Put sunglasses on your 3DS.

This should do the trick....(yes this real, but not for your 3DS it is for the Atari Lynx)
