so my 3DS XL suffered from the same broken hinge problem that many others face and I'm saving up to get the 3DS XL Smash Bros. Bundle which releases on (10.3.14 in North America and Europe) and I was wondering that since the game comes pre-installed what will happens when I transfer the data from the broken 3dsxl to the new smash one? will smash bros. be deleted ? or will I have to switch between the SD cards? (or buy a bigger one).

You'll be able to download Super Smash Bros. from the eShop on the new 3DS XL after the transfer, free of charge. (Just like redownloading a previously bought title.) I could do this after transferring data from my old 3DS to the Mario & Luigi 3DS XL that came with Dream Team installed on it.
