Themes; Backgrouds for the menu which you can download from the eShop 7. Screen Capture feature 8. Achievements/Trophies. Gives me a greater incentive to go back and replay my games. 9. Might be a MK specific update but ability to talk to people in MK7 while playing 10. Nintendo Network App, stores your Gamertag, Club Nintendo, and statistics.

I'd kill for some achievements/trophies, like it would make me come back so much if Super Mario 3D Land had some achievements, like beat a certain level under a time limit or defeat so many enemies, etc.

Well that is the same reason I want them. I need an incentive to go and start the bonus levels
I believe Nintendo has the possibility to sour if they'd actually listen to fan's. None the less, I would recommend that Nintendo add social network applications to the Nintendo e-shop, a new style to the home menu screen, more interactivity on the street pass application, and finally, making it possible to make a full fledged online RPG (if possible) of the streetpass quest game.

I mean achievements would be nice, i beat the 2nd half and got a 5 star profile but some achievements would be awesome
Flipnote Memo (This is the only thing missing from the DSi since Swapnote pretty much replaced Pictochat) Multiplayer for all VC games GBA games for non-Ambassadors Ability to "gift" friends on the eShop (it was a great idea on Wii)
Also, if Super Mario Advance 4 gets added to the eShop, I hope they emulate the e-Reader features by letting you scan virtual cards by paying Play Coins, then give it a premium price on the eShop (I wouldn't even care if it's $12).

I know this is a long shot & I might get hated but... transfer pak support to wii/wiiu. Again I know this will never happen but the only reason why transfer pak support was never included was because the technology was not available way back in 2006 like mario golf & tennis on gbc. I know its far-fetched but I can dream can I.

Not changing my statements until mario party 1 gets on the virtual console.
Make it so that you can load DSiware straight from a sd card, and that you can directly move your DSiware to your sd card and back again instead of copying. These 2 things are especially important since most developers still make DSiware instead of 3DSware. And I guess mostly 3DS owners download DSiware! The DSi was just a "inbetween" handheld!!
another feature i'd think id love to see is the ablity to online chat on the 3ds games, i feel like the games dont have that online feel as much because you can't communicate through the mic on the 3ds, id love to laugh at people at mk7

-Youtube app -A way to be able to draw/write with people on swapnote at the same time or something like Pictochat -Multi-colored folders to make folder distinction easier -Better browser maybe with flash installed if possible -Wallpaper for the home menu -Folders for Swapnote or a way to organize your letters -An easier/better way to get friends on the 3DS -Multiplayer on VC games that have multiplayer available -Achievements Kid Icarus style -Being able to gift games to friends -Nintendo advertises Club Nintendo on eShop, so why not a Club Nintendo app for quick access on your 3DS -Playing DSiWare games off of the SD card instead of the system itself -Puzzle panels/hats from 3rd party devs (payment for them optional) -Any other fatures the Vita may have if Sony does it Nintendo can do it just as good or even better
