Topic: 3DS themes!

I'd like the believe the music themes had to be changed from their original versions to be more quiet and background-like.

@patchouli: It's in the "home menu settings" tab in the home menu. The one that looks like a sun or a house with a tool, depending on your system.

Anyone buy a theme yet? I'm tempted to buy mario but I might hold off for more to be released.

I looked at the different themes on sale, but I think I'll pass. I like the simplicity of the free themes. I went for black

I had already decided I wanted the felt mario one, and luckily it's one of the launch themes. So I bought it immediately.

It's pretty neat.

Before you buy it, it tells you all the features it has, like custom music or animated backgrounds.

Ok cool I'll probably get that one.

I actually am pretty satisfied with just the plain colors. It's way better then the boring menu we had before. And gives it pizzaz!
I'm sure I'll buy a theme in the future though! I'll just wait for an animal crossing theme.

...Meh, I'll wait until more themes show up...what we have right now is cruddy. :c

I bet that one will be the new default theme for most XL and 2DS owners.

It goes incredibly well with the black plastic they are made of.

Are all the themes paid?

I just want to change the white BG to a darker color...

There are a few extra colors for free that are already downloaded, patterns are 99 cents and other are $1.99

I'm guessing the Link Between Worlds theme will be a big seller this week.

I'll use the blue standard theme until other themes come out.

I'd love to see a Yoshi Yarn/Kirby theme, based of off Wooly World or Epic Yarn. That could look awesome.

Im tempted to buy the Hanafuda theme.

But im sure other awesome themes will be released over the course of time.

Well Japan got monster hunter 3, Blazblue, Azure Gunvolt, family game series themes, so 3rd party themed will most likely be a thing.

Yeah, a Monster Hunter & a Yokai Watch theme is already announced to be coming. Might be Japan only for now though, I don't know.

Cool. I bought the golden stars and black backgroud. Buying a theme definitely spruces up the home menu, IMO.
