No one mentioned Unchained Blades? That RPG looks awesome.
Do you have any idea when it's being released? I'm looking forward to that one as well, especially since there's not many RPGs on 3DS yet, and virtually none on eShop that interest me (Dragon Crystal doesn't seem too interesting to me, and I don't download DSiWare because I can't save them to the SD Card). I know that Kingdom Hearts and Paper Mario are coming, but Unchained Blades could be a good way to pass the time.
All I know about it's release date is before the end of 2012. Real helpful, I know.
I also forgot - how about a new GTA game for the 3DS / Vita? DS handled Chinatown Wars extremely well, PSP handled Vice City Stories extremely well, why not bring a GTA III-like game to the 3DS / Vita? The only problem to this is the potential of not selling at all (compared to home console sales), as what happened with Chinatown Wars.

It's kinda hard to give a game like Unchainedblade attention when games like Bravely Default are on the horizon (sorta. It's a ways away, but it's so huge it looks like it's on the horizon)
I'm surprised that no one mentioned that there might be a Monster Hunter game by the end of this year. ^_^ I hope what they are saying about this is true.
As for retail, there's only four games I'm definately getting through the rest of the year. Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance, New Super Mario Bros 2, Paper Mario 3DS*, and Fire Emblem Awakening (if it arrives stateside this year).
When it comes to eShop there's quite a bit I'm looking forward to. Cave Story + 3D (haven't played in any form), Night Sky, 1001 Spikes, Unchained Blades, and possibly ATV Wild Ride 3D if it turns out good (also hoping for a U.S. Release of Marvel Pinball 3D, and Arc Style: Jazzy Billiards 3D). Of course, I'll also gladly pick up any good VC games thrown our way.

Well, I'll be getting Heroes Of Ruin, Luigi's Mansion 2, Paper Mario 3DS, Prof. Layton VS Phoenix Wright and Fire Emblem. Although, I could be forgetting a few titles.
I'm not sure about Mario Tennis Open and New Super Mario Bros 2. Maybe I will get MTO eventually, but NSMB2 doesn't look promising to me.
