Alright so my 3ds broke a while back and I finally replaced it. I went through the whole ordeal of calling nintendo and they agreed to set it up so I could transfer. They would send me an email with instructions. I got the email at work and accidentally deleted it. Does anyone know what steps I'm supposed to take? Or if they would resend the instructions?

Here you go:

You don't really mention how is your system broken, though, is it still usable? can you turn it on and navigate? If the thing cant be used then you'd need to send it to Nintendo so they can do it themselves.

What did nintendo do for you, exactly?

It snapped in half I've already spoke with them to setup a system transfer, which they agreed to do. I just lost the instructions on how to transfer to my new system. @Morpheel:

Have you tried registering your NNID from the broken system on the new one? that's usually what they do.

You'd be able to download your lost digital games.

Anyway, you may want to write them back and explain your situation. I'm sure they'll help you.

Thank you for your help, I think I'm gonna go ahead and see if they can resend it! just@Morpheel:
