Topic: Transferring From a Cartridge to an SD Card?

So, I thought recently that instead of taking all of the little 3DS game cartridges around, it would be easier to just store it on the SD Card and have them sit nice and comfortably on the home screen without a cartridge.
So I looked it up a bit, and I found the Save Data Transfer Tool, and I was excited for a second but I found out you need the downloadable version of the game as well, not just the cartridge..
My question is, is there a way to go from game cartridge to SD Card, and not only the save data, I mean the whole game?

Thankyou!

No console has ever supported transfer of game files onto removable storage, at least not one that I've ever played. It's restricted as an anti-piracy measure. It's unfortunate for honest players like yourself, but no console maker wants to open up their platform to widespread bootlegging. Some consoles are very popular for homebrewing though, chief among them the Wii and DS. The 3DS is much more secure and difficult to hack, and even if it was widely known how to do it, discussion of it wouldn't be allowed on NintendoLife. We're not allowed to discuss hacking current gen hardware here.

There will never be official support for copying your games to an SD card and if you wanted to do it unofficially, you'd have to ask elsewhere. You mention downloadable versions of games though, which is an option. I have all of my games on an SD card, but I bought them all in the eShop.
