I have sufficient stars on my Nintendo Club to get a Nintendo Points card. It says in the small print that it can't be used on 3ds shop but only on wii or dsi shop. I transferred my dsi stuff onto my 2ds just after purchase. If I was to get more digital content on the dsi can I transfer that across later or is it tied to that machine?
If you still have your DSi system with you, you can just redeem that card for that system, buy the DSiWare game(s) you'd like the most and then transfer them to your 2DS. That's the best possibility you could take advantage of. Once you transferred a DSiWare software to your 2DS, it can't be reverted.
