Topic: Transfer question.

Not entirely sure if I'm going to get an XL bundle or not (well, the Smash one is currently EU only at the moment anyways, lol), but if I do. Does the transfer ADD the stuff to the new XL? Like, if I got the Smash bundle and transferred everything to the new 3DS, Smash will still be there, right? >.>

I just got a new bundle today (Mario & Luigi Dream Team) and ya you will be safe, once you transfer all stuff from the old 3DS to the new one, you will still have smash but you would need to download it from the eshop but it will be free, so no worries!....but your old 3DS will have nothing on it.

Alright, just wanted to be sure, might just go with the Smash bundle (...if it makes it over here, lol). Even though the XL design is nice and all, might still get a custom skin for it. xD

Reason I'm thinking of getting a new system is mainly due to the shoulder buttons, they seem to be wearing out.

I've been worried about my shoulder buttons, too, but I still haven't been able to tell if they're going bad or not.

Oh, and if I'm not mistaken, Smash is pre-installed on the Bundle isn't it? No downloading necessary in that case. I too am considering the Smash bundle if it makes it to NA, which I'm pretty sure it will. There really isn't anything wrong with my current 3DS, aside from the possible shoulder button issue I mentioned, but I just can't say no to a special Smash Bros. 3DS XL. I don't really know anything about system tranfers, so I'd appreciate anything anyone could tell me. Is everything transferred over? Is the process easy? What about content on the SD card? If there's a better thread to ask this stuff in, please point me to it.

While you do not get Club Nintendo coins from pre installed games I do wonder if those games will stay on your eshop account even if you get a new system....you know since you can reinstall it and whatever...

Forgot to ask this, since I heard there were issues with it with transferring. What about the Pokemon Bank? Chances are I'll be using it again before Alpha/Omega hits.

Pokemon Bank is a cloud service, so the transfer should send the access license to your new system

Just wanted to double check, since I heard some people had issues with this...saying they weren't able to get their Pokemon after the transfer.
