When Japanese games are ported over, are they more frequently US or EU exclusive?

@HexZyle I dunno, it seems to be pretty closely equal. The only time I can really think of games not coming to both is when Operation Rainfall took place.

As much as I'd love to see Tomodachi Collection, in the west, internet petitions never work unless the company themselves have started it.
