Already bought Resident Evil Revelations for $4.99. Any other games on sale that I should check out?

Capcom's games that're on sale that you don't have I would recommend, such as the Monster Hunter games or Mega Man legacy collection (which is already a steal for it's asking price). I've heard NOICE things about the Steamworld games, the first one is heavily discounted. A personal fav of mine that I would recommend is AVGN Adventures, it's a game that makes you feel the pain that AVGN has to go through while playing of of those games, it can be unfair and brutally difficult, but that's what they were going for.

Other games I would recommend either that I have or I am interested in getting are Steel Empire, Monster Shooter, Rage of the Gladiator, Crazy Kangaroo, Pirate Pop Plus, Runbow, and Legend of Kay Anniversary.

I made Sheldon & Mr. Randoms back on Flipnote Hatena, now i'm a kangaroo mod that has a funko pop collection!

I'm not keen politics since that stuff is spooky, I'd rather watch SpongeBob over Fox News anyways!

The Monster Hunter games are far too expensive (I only bought a $20 eshop card in our local game store) so I can't buy an MH game now but I'm probably gonna buy the AVGN game just cause I'm a huge fan

Any other games? Preferably below $5 so I can buy a lot with my $20

So long as you don't dislike point-and-click adventures or games that have a lot of text, I highly recommend picking up Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy for $15. Aside from the occasional moments when you can't figure out what piece of evidence the game wants you to present in order proceed with a trial and a kind of crappy case in the middle of the second game, the trilogy can be incredibly funny, thrilling and even moving, especially if you manage to become invested in the weird and wonderful cast of characters. And the music is great too.

It's one of my favorite compilations of any kind out there, and the 3rd game, in particular, is one of my all-time favorite games.
