It only took me nearly 20 years to have that clarified for me haha. Maybe I will end up dusting off the 3DS and picking this up some time.

Figured I would go ahead and ask, which boss got the makeover? Gyorg?

Different how? I meant they changed one boss battle here, not talking about looks, by the way.

Well whatever...some of them were a pain to begin with anyways. (mainly Twin Mold and Gyorg) Hopefully Goht is still just as epic as before. xp

The only thing I remember about the bosses is that they were kind of freaky. It certainly fitted the game well.
In the Iwata asks they also metioned something about changing the attack pattern for each boss. Which is always welcome if you've ever played the original.

All bosses have an eye as a weak point
Odolwa: some attacks removed and some animations are different
Goht: aside from the eye, nothing noticeable
Gyorg: part of the battle is underwater now
Twinmold: Link can now grab them and swing them around

Those are the only differences I know so far

You should probably use spoiler marks for some of these. The part about Twinmold would have been a nice surprise.

Also, in the original, the Gyorg fight was also partially underwater.

Thanks for putting that bit about Twinmold in a spoiler tag, lz. Now I can keep it a surprise! (Although now I know that battle has a spoiler worthy change, damn)

I think I may stay out of this thread from now on until I'm done with the game

I'm a little disappointed that MM3D doesn't run any better on the N3DS. I think it runs constantly at 30fps, and it dipped dramatically when a couple enemies attacked me in Termina Field. It takes me back to those awful frame rates on the Gamecube port shudders

Also, I should point out I didn't say ALL of the differences. I will say the last two fights are much different from the original

And if I offended, I just assumed that you knew from the trailers. There was at least one that showed the new Twinmold fight. If not, oops

Has anyone else noticed random 180 motions that the camera does? It's kinda weird for me.

So who else is sitting in "Preparing" limbo on Best Buy? This sucks, I want my LE MM. I have the MM 3DS coming from Gamestop.. I also have one coming from Best Buy, but an IRL friend guilt tripped me into selling it to him. I know, I know.. he shouldn't have to guilt trip me, but come on.. I sat there all day hunting these things, lol.

Mine is preparing as well. Best Buy's twitter said they should be shipping "soon" though. I'm in no rush tbh

I got mine yesterday at around 5:30. Weird how it came in only a day for me and I didn't order that day till really late and the second time it opened. Another friend of mine that ordered almost the exact same time as me get his also almost the same time I did. You guys above me ordered within the first 30 mins and are still waiting for even a shipped notice.
