Love that trailer .. I read the impressions thread and I really think I might like this even more than legend of legacy. Like the look of it and the Srpg lean
On the list it goes !

The demo is available to download, it comes with the prologue and the first two dungeons, and as usual the save file is transferable to the full version.
I played a bit of the first dungeon. The game looks amazing, it's really pretty.
You can choose from several characters, each one with their own stories and motivations.
Combat is like in any standard RPG, but your stats and abilities seem to grow as you use them instead of just leveling up your character.
It seems you heal after every battle, and there doesn't seem to be a way to pause the game or any menus to look at so far. The start and select buttons take screenshots. Edit: now that I'm out of the forest, I can open the menu to change equipment and stuff.
You make money by selling loot from chests and maps, the more complete the map is the better it sells. The map just autofills as you move around the dungeon.
As far as the story goes, the island just appeared there one day, so exploring it is the hot new thing to do, it seems. That's why mapping the dungeons is profitable.
I've reached the main town and now I can open the Y menu to do the typical RPG menu stuff.
Also, it seems the merchant will only buy each map once. I'll try to complete the first map before selling it.
I'm interested to know how long the demo is. I don't mind a long demo but Atlus seems to have the longest and I don't want to jump into something too long as it will interfere with Q.

If I was only ever able to have Monster Hunter and EO games in the future, I would be a happy man.
You can use elemental stones to learn new abilities, use them a bit and the character will assimilate the ability and will be able to use it naturally without the stone.
The dungeons seem to be rather expansive, each room is huge and with several exits. It'll take a while to complete each map.
Also, it seems that to get more places to explore you need to get maps. I just bought another map and it opened up in the world map. (BTW that's how you visit places, there's no overworld). I assume there's other ways to get more maps in the full game.
Also, another one of the playable characters randomly joined my team. The team can only have three active members at a time, but you can change them at the inn.
Started playing the demo of this, since I really have nothing else going on 3DS wise.
I picked Eloise as my starter character, for reasons...
Very beautiful. The game's art direction, that is (seriously, this game looks gorgeous in motion). Seems like a pretty decent JRPG so far (just got back to the city after my first foray into the forest).
Currently Playing:
Switch - Blade Strangers
PS4 - Kingdom Hearts III, Tetris Effect (VR)
I just got to the city and talked to the Adventure King as well. So far I'm not feeling this game. Art direction aside it's as generic as I've seen in an rpg in a while. If course I need to play more to see more of where this is going but it's been so so for me.
