I downloaded the demo yestarday, and I think its amazing and fun. The controls are pretty good,and the camera is controllable.

What are your thoughts?

Fun. Absolutely fun. However, the combat felt I was just mashing buttons.

It's ok. It looks like it would be a great game had it not been rushed to tie in with the movie. Controls are somewhat "clunky" in regards to Spiderman's movements when sliding the slidepad up (he'd jog in place sometimes). They should have really worked on the sensitivity of the slidepad, really...
