Great trailer, and I'm hopeful, but I'm also still a bit worried about the game's production values. It's too early to tell, but somehow the brief gameplay we've seen looks odd to me... the characters seem incredibly "plastic" and simple, nothing like the fluid and lifelike look of everything in DoA, for instance.
But I've not seen it in person yet, so I could be wrong.

Anyway, the Tekken series has always appeared to be a little too much of a button-masher to me, since it doesn't have a good counter system like the other major 3D combo hit fighters, Soul Calibur (Horizontal Strike vs. Vertical Strike vs. 8-way-run, plus the ability to parry) and Dead or Alive (Strike vs. Throw vs. Hold), but they're still very good games. I'm up for this one, as well.
Ash: Professor Oak, how's your Bulbasaur?
Prof. Oak: Oh, it only hurts when I sit.
...
Prof. Oak: It's only Chansey if Krabby won't let go. Bye, now.
Ash: I don't think I'm going to call him anymore.
