im confused couldn't you just load a theme and then change the layout that seems a lot faster then loading the layout using this new feature.

Being able to save and load icon layouts is much faster than manually moving every icon every time you change themes (example, some themes have features that require you to move your icons around to not obscure them).

That has stopped me from buying so many themes.
