Topic: system update?????

I got a spotpass notification saying "Please follow your system now by following the steps below..."
But when I tried to update it, it says the system's up to date...
Am I doing something wrong? or is this just a 'wrong' notification that I got?

Anyone?

If your system says it's up to date, it's up to date. Don't worry about it, possibly just a reminder from Nintendo to update for those who didn't yet

I have this same problem. @James It says it's up to date, but I can't use the internet nor do I see the E Shop button....?

The spotpass was only to inform you that there will be an update later today.

Ugh, the wait is killing me...I'm bored, and my whole Wii issue is making the wait even harder, GAH!! xD
(so, when is it happening exactly?...I heard somewhere that it would be...6? o_0)

I thought it was supposed to be 6:00 PST which would be 9:00 on the east coast.

I was hoping around 12 pm like the other shop updates, and then I could update it after school, but now it's not until 6 (and I won't be home from 7:15 until 11, so I only have 75 minutes...this blows )

guys, we don't know when. Nintendo's official word was 'the evening of June 6 Pacific time', and that's the only word there's been. even the '6:00 pm' thing is just us making a stab at what time Nintendo thinks 'evening' is, lol. patience :3

I can see it now. The update will be at 11:59 tonight. We'll all be in bed by the time it gets added.

I'm working today. Fortunately it's at a Play N Trade, and I have wifi. Now Ill be checking the blue light on my 3DS (which is next to my register) every 15 mintues. I have tomorrow off for the nintendo press conference. W00T!

Lol Im too hopeful. I keep checking like every 10 mins but it still aint evening in pacific. Grrrrr why couldnt it be 6pm GMT. Then we would all be happy
