Topic: System Transfer Save Data Loss?

I did a system transfer from my 3DS to a new XL, when it was finished the XL said connecting to the internet please wait. Eventually it gave me an error message and went to the home menu. I tried booting Tomodachi life, but it didn't work and told me to redownload it.... Have I lost my tomodachi life save data now?

I would try to back up the save data in the System Settings. If you cannot do that, then it may be lost.

If you can back it up, then do so and redownload the game. Once you do that, access the back up menu and apply the save data to the game

Did you move over your original sd card from the source 3ds?

Yeah, but nothing from the SD card is showing after I rebooted it after TL wouldn't work

Is there data on your SD card? It may have been corrupted somehow

Im going to try inserting it into my pc

Yeah, there are 3DS files in there
