Or you know don't make iOS games easy to put on the store in the first place
Why? Apple hasn't done anything wrong in the first place. It hasn't broken any laws, so why should it change the way it does business?
Do you think Nintendo should sue Microsoft because you can download a N64 emulator and play Super Mario 64 on your Windows PC?
Actually, don't answer that, you probably do.
I meant have stricken polices
Digitaloggery 3DS FC: Otaku1 WiiU: 013017970991 Nintendo of Japan niconico community is full of kawaii! Must finish my backlagg or at least get close this year W...
Let's put it this way: When the Simpsons Road Rage came out Sega saw the title as having ripped off Crazy Taxi wholesale and decided to sue to prevent future sales and for restitution. Did they sue Microsoft, Nintendo and Sony for having the game on their systems and not making sure that it didn't violate any copyrights? No, they went after Fox Interactive, Electronic Arts, and Radical Entertainment. You know, the people that were actually responsible for making and distributing the game.
"The government of the United States is not, in any sense, founded on the Christian religion."
Well maybe Apple should be a bit more stricter with what goes on there and maybe the company of this said game should get the kicking from both Apple and Nintendo for infringing on copyright and just maybe everyone should stop getting ideas from other games...
Ultimately, who the hell cares? They'll get a kick in the plums from Nintendo and it'll be taken down.
EDIT: Also if it was made in China then if Nintendo even tried to sue they'd lose, China copy everything! They copy cars, consoles, phones, tablets, toys, computers, everything... and yet you can't sue them over it. I know BWM sued the makers of the X5 copy and BMW lost... you can't win against the Chinese, copyright infringement doesn't translate into Mandarin.
I cared for like, 5 minutes. And then I reminded myself that this happens every 5 minutes. >.>

Copy + pasted from the other thread. Prepare to laugh.
THE FUTURE OF GAMING~!
Yeah this is nothing new but Apple's success has been primarily not caring enough to get rid of these games (and not caring enough to put idiotic restrictions so props to them in a way) so I can't blame them.
Hi mr Slider I thought better of you. Apple does have a no copyright infringement policy for the app store. They just need to wait for the copyright owner to issue a complaint.

Again, just like with YouTube.
Yeah, I just worded it poorly. They don't as much to avoid this stuff in advance is what I should have said. And yeah Youtube is both brilliant and horribly flawed in similar ways so it fits.
Whilst I agree that Apple cannot check every single game or anything else that goes up on the App Store, I think that they should monitor customer reviews more closley, or offer a system that lets consumers tell Apple that an App may be infringing copyright.
But still, this is atrocious and I hope Nintendo files a complaint for this game along with the Pokemon clone a while back.
