Just got this game today...
Playing it this evening. I am really happy right now. XD

ack! I'm having a problem at the Buyer's Center... i can't buy anything! I've got oodles of money from creating outfits at the shop for customers, I've sold out of a few styles of clothing, and i didn't even realize i'd bought so much stuff in the first place (must've been Michaela and her own purchases)... what do I do to get rid of that flashing red '0'?

note: i'm not far enough in the game to have unlocked everything like the hair salon or the makeup place, nor have I competed in my first contest yet — i think they're building up to that point. will I automatically get unstuck later on in the game? D:

You've got to sell the items in your stock. The farther you get into the game, the more stock room you unlock. You can also go into the back room of your store and host a clearance event. In the beginning of the game, I suggest you only buy 1 of each item, that way it's easy to keep space open in your store.

@Wildvine: Thanks, wish i'd known that before i went and bought 3 of everything, lol — i wanted to be sure i had stock on hand in case a particular item became popular (which did come in handy, actually). i don't think i have the ability to host a clearance event yet, but i'll be on the lookout for that option. :3

@theblackdragon: The red 0 means there's no room left in the shop inventory (this is the number of different items, if you buy multiples of the same item, same style and colour, it doesn't count) so as you play more and fill up the happiness meter by night, you'll eventually unlock more space for both men and women's inventory. The first time the limit is increased happens fairly early in the game so no worries. For now maybe try restocking the same items if they're available at the Buyer's Center? (The items will have pink? icon next to show there's already at least one of that item at the shop.)

Edit: Never mind, Wildvine53 has already answered your question while I was posting. Also, yeah, Michaela will come in and tell you when you've unlocked the clearance event option.

@Shadowfax: haha, i've been doing the same thing with the daggone mannequin — i have to force myself to stop so that i can go inside and help customers too :3 when i get around to opening my online store, i'll have to add you guys :3

I just finished all of the beginner contests. I am going slowly because i don't want to finish the game to fast. The first one i finished in 3 day's.

What I like about this game is that when the seasons change the conversations with the customers change, and the fashions change.

Ok that's true. But in the first game i had 5 stars on my shop really fast and finished the contests quick.

I'm Finally Getting The Hang Of The International Contests.

I am seeing the Credits right now. But i like it that you can play more..just like in the first game. Already played 23 ours off the game.

Yeah I know I got to the elite contest & it's showing credits I'm thinking the game can't be over that quickly but yet it's still letting me play past that point so who knows lol.
