Topic: StreetPass Questions

I received a StreetPass notification the other day while my battery light was red. Just to save the battery, I powered down my system before visiting the Mii Plaza. When I charged my system and turned it back on, I checked the Mii Plaza expecting to see a visiting Mii, but there was not one. What's even odder is a message popped up telling me that I did not have StreetPass activated for that title (I have about 100 StreetPass tags). Has anyone ever expereinced anything like this before?

Next question. So I checked the StreetPass settings in the System Settings and all of the StreetPass titles say 0 transmissions underneath them. I never looked at this or noticed this before, but does that keep track of total StreetPass notifications? Like I said above, I've had about 100 StreetPasses on Mii Plaza, and 20 or so on nintendogs.

The thing in the System Settings tells you how many unread notifications you have for each title. About the other stuff, I have no idea. Sounds like a bug... :S
