@Windy Yeah, I remember hearing you say you work in a Vegas hotel before, and it surprises me how few StreetPasses you get. I live in Vegas as well, and I get them quite often.

Wait, he works in Las Vegas and gets only 8 hits a year?

I got ten in a day when I visited it two years ago!

I've been thinking of running a street pass get together out of craigslist at the west Charleston library. What do you think? Would that be too creepy? I would set some rules in place like bring a partner or your parents with you. And just open your 3ds in the library and don't talk to anyone really. Just get your street passes and bail out

I did this once for a multiplayer game of Dragon Quest X. We ended up having 3 group games in the west Charleston library it went quite well but there were about 4 people under 12 years old show up and it did feel a bit creepy cause they didn't bring their parents with them. It all turned out real fun and we talked to each other and sat in the same area playing dragon quest which is a lot of fun co-op

I should open a street pass lounge in Las Vegas. Serve food and drinks and let everyone street pass it up!

A few of my Streetpasses are from my actual friends. Others are just random people I've never seen, though me and this one girl have been bonding over personal greetings...

I did meet this guy because I had been streetpassing him for a while then while I was in my college's cafeteria I was walking while playing my 3DS and so was he. We bumped into each other and our systems fell to the ground we both said sorry at the same time and we knelt down to pick them up and we bumped heads and we apologized to each other again and then that's when our eyes met and somehow I felt like I have known him my whole life and that's how my cheesy romance movie will start LOL. No but in reality he was sitting on a table next to me and he was playing his 3DS, we exchanged greetings talked about our favorite games and that was about it.

I live in an area that has a surprisingly high install base of 3DS's. At my college, I consistently get 5-6 streetpasses a day. Last semester in my math class, I noticed I was streetpassing a lot with one guy, so I looked around the room and found him! We're actually friends now, awesome guy. I work at a grocery store as well, and tons of kids come in for streetpasses, even one of them read my nametag and asked, "Are you the Evan on my 3DS?" I pulled out my 3DS and said, "You tell me!" He's a great kid, comes in all the time and makes his parents come to my register every time so we can streetpass. I LOVE STREETPASSING HNNGGH

Now that's awesome! I wish street pass was working for me like that. I carry my 3ds with me at work everyday. I also get in 15,000 steps a day. You would think I would be doing as well as you. I will just keep trying hopefully this get together I ran in Craigslist will workout well at the library. Would be cool if Nintendolife would open a street pass section to plan such events

I have found players twice with Spotpass on Mario Tennis Open in a Nintendo Zone (Train Station).

Never without actually connecting the Nintendo Zone though. (So I don't even know if those people were in the one I was in or it was just linked countrywide or whatever).

To unlock one of the costumes you need a winning streak of 10 matches over spotpass which isn't very easy to get.

I got about 3 or 4 streetpass hits once when I visited Chetumal (Quintana Roo, Mexico). Other than that, here in Belize, NEVER!

It's like that at my high school, but I haven't met many people w/ 3DSs. They must have different classes than me.

Every time I went to the mall with the family to eat/let my son play in the play area, I did a street pass with someone. I walked around to a few stores and just assumed he might be in some place like Hot Topic (he was). Walked in there one day, saw a guy on 3DS and then my 3DS light went green. I checked, it was him, then walked over and started talking to him. End of story. lol
