Topic: SSX Deadly Descents 3DS ??!!

Just got an e-mail from shopto.net saying that SSX Deadly Descents will be on 3DS (as well as the usual boring xbox and ps3). You can't actually pre-order it yet though. IF true this is surely a major announcement? Anyone heard anymore from anywhere?

it has to be an error, because it's not even on the pre order option on the EA site

Hmmm, I would mind an SSX game on 3DS.

Well, I did want an SSX title on 3DS. Maybe not exactly Deadly Descents, but SSX Tricky 2 or even SSX Blur 2.

Interesting how some games that are on 360/PS3 are moving to 3DS but not Wii

The Video that we had on the European 3DS whilst waiting for the eShop update had a part where it followed a Snowboarders cutting through some trees and the camera followed them and it looked great. I can imagine it working great in a 3DS game.
Motion controls would work well as well but mabey not with the 3D effect.

Didn't the PSP get a couple SSX games? I wonder what that developer is currently up to.......
I would especially love an SSX game in 3D, though I have wondered if Nintendo had plans to put out a 1080 game for 3DS. I have very foggy memories of the N64 and GameCube games, so I'm not sure if I could enjoy those after SSX.

EDIT: Oh, the PSP version wasn't farmed out, really. I guess that's why it turned out as well as it did.
