Well, maybe it should be said; if Hadoken spamming is easier for skilled players to deal with and harder for less skilled players to deal with, it's still a balance issue. One more reason why this game is catered to the hardcore fans.
I have absolutely no idea how to do combos that aren't the one already on the bottom screen.
if only this game had a training mode....or a challenge mode....or a clearly-visible move-list in the options menu of every single mode.
oh wait...
QUEEN OF SASS
It's like, I just love a cowboy
You know
I'm just like, I just, I know, it's bad
But I'm just like
Can I just like, hang off the back of your horse
And can you go a little faster?!

your better off just spamming fire ballz, just like a real pro
For you, the day LordJumpMad graced your threads, was the most important day of your life. But for me, it was Tuesday. [url=http://www.backloggery.com/jumpmad]Unive...
Are you sure you guys aren't exaggerating? I've only faced one projectile spammer, who I beat easily with Chun-Li using jumping attacks and her Hosenko (sp?) Ultra Combo.
Ash: Professor Oak, how's your Bulbasaur?
Prof. Oak: Oh, it only hurts when I sit.
...
Prof. Oak: It's only Chansey if Krabby won't let go. Bye, now.
Ash: I don't think I'm going to call him anymore.

I would love to play Street Fighter IV online since it's the biggest reason why I got the game, but I haven't mastered blocking just yet and that would be trouble going against Hadouken spammers. I'm sure with Zangeif, Dudley, and T. Hawk I would do very well, but blocking is the key to getting good in a fighting game.
Just turn on autoblock in the Lite Controls, and you'll also block whenever you don't move.

Sadly, my cpu opponents spam me with Hadoukens when going against Ryu.
Off topic, but I didn't want you to feel alone about CPU spam. While trying to win a medal on Hardest difficulty, Gouken fireball spammed me to death the first time I battled him. It was pretty frustrating since its relatively difficult on Hardest to get to him in the first place, but as many of you may know, once you lose to Gouken and Akuma on your Arcade run, its all over, there are no continues. I did finally get that medal though. =)
What is the meaning of life? That's so easy, the answer is TETRIS.
Its thanks to spammers that I had to change my favourite character. I loved guile (didnt spam the sonic boom) but non spammers always d/c before matches spammers usually ryu or guile always projectile attack me constantly until I changed to Cammy... now I am able to get in low under their attacks and get in close. lol I love playing online as Cammy now.

For me those are useless becuase I don't have a button that looks like a fist or a foot. Why the **** don't they just say A B X Y L R. Yeah I can fugure out what the buttons do but my damn brain don't work that way. If they want me to press B tell me to press B don't show me a picture of a god damn foot! Plue it doen't help when theres more then one puch and kick button

Those icons mean any punch or kick button. They don't say A, B, X, Y, etc., because the controls are customizable and therefore are different for different players. It would probably help you to customize the controls to your liking before learning the special moves, and you can always customize the touchscreen to include the more difficult ones. You need to be aware that the Z-shaped special moves mean Forward, Down, Down/Forward, Forward + Punch/Kick, though. I couldn't figure that one out until I looked at the Ryu FAQ on GameFAQs.
