Topic: Smash 3DS save data continues to erase at random

Hi, please excuse me for my bad english, I'm italian, but anyway october 3 i bought smash 3DS and I played it a lot, then after some days I downloaded the new 3DS update with themes, but after downloading the update my smash 3DS save file erased when I started to play, I said ok let's restart, but the problem is that the save data continues to erase almost everytime I start the game, I didn't find any useful information on the internet so I thought about asking here, thanks in advance

Either you don't have an SD card in the system, the SD card is bad and needs to be replaced, OR the game cartridge is bad which means you should go to the store you bought it and demand a full refund/replacement (if you bought it physically).

No I have it digitaly, and my sd worked fine until this happened but i haven't tested it with other games

Looks like there is not enough space for the game to actually save. Did you check how much space on SD you have left?

Just to make sure there aren't any issues with it, back up your full SD Card content on a PC and reformat it, then copy your stuff back and try again. If that doesn't work, we'll have to truly work some heads here.

Turning the 3DS off doesn't change anything, today i'll try to re download it

Ok, it seems that after i download the game again, the game seve file doesn't delete at random but I only tried yesterday, but i think that downloading the game again fixed the problem, anyway thanks for the help, I'm really greatful
