When you finish a "Post Play Survey" you can share on Facebook, Twitter, etc... Do you think Nintendo should give Nintendo Club pts when you share about the game ?

Sorry if my english isn't good... At least I try :-)

That might be a good idea for them for advertising, but of course we could easily just delete the posts after receiving the coins. Maybe giving 10 extra coins to everyone would be worth it to them anyway just to have some of them leave their posts on their networking sites.

FaceBook is useless. If anything, it's a time sink. It's impossible for me to understand how some of the girls at my school literally spend every waking moment of free time on the thing. Whether it is a simple simple, tedious game that has no challenge involved whatsoever or complaining with each other for hours about how it's drizzling, they're wasting time on it somehow.

There are of course good ways it could be used. It could be helpful for a business, of course. Just to keep in touch with someone who has moved or is trying to schedule something. Or of course, what you said would be a decent idea. But honestly, if you live a few miles away from them, why wouldn't you just go there and talk rather than stare at anonymous text? Sadly, that's about all it's used for. It's all just unrealized potential.

Why would you block them?

@tendoboy: because I can? what do you care how I handle my FB? Facebook will ban or otherwise discipline users who use FB for purposes of spamming others, so doing so would definitely be an 'at your own risk' kind of thing.

Why all the hate for Facebook? Saying Facebook is crap because teenage girls waste a lot of time on it is like saying the phone is crap for the same reason. I'm sure said girls likely think peoples like us spending hours on our 3DS as equally wasteful.

And TBH, social networking and it's mindless time wasting games have been around for a lot longer than facebook. I remember at UNI in the years before Facebook, when we mocked Myspace and the one person who had a Macbook, we spent a fair amount of time playing OGame. Then it was Digg and this awesome new thing called "microblogging" on a service called Pownce. In 2011 however if people want social networking in the form of news, games or just random "forum banter" Facebook is pretty much the one place to go. Why is that a bad thing? It's the same thing just in one place where everyone uses it.
