Hello friends,
I've decided today that I will purchase a second-hand Nintendo 3DS XL for 85 USD. I was wondering if it was worth it to get that or should I save money for the New Nintendo 3DS XL. I've never had one before so this would be my first time. At the moment, my budget is kind of tight at 90 USD.

3DS is a fantastic system. If Zenoblade Chronicles 3D doesn't interest you then the New 3DS may not be very important to you, a normal 3DS might work well enough.

People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...

Aren't they making future exclusives for the New 3DS, or is Xenoblade Chronicles all?

As far as we know, it is only Xenoblade, the C-Nub, and the benefit of having an NFC Reader built into the machine

yeah but doesn't the New 3DS enhance some games and shouldn't this be in the recommendation thread?

Want: Harvest Moon: One World, Story of Seasons: Pioneering Town, Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury

Finished the Alola Dex.
Now playing New Horizons, Wrath of White Witch and Sword

It probably should be.

The New 3DS does minor enhancements but if money is an issue then the 3DS will work just fine. The only big thing I can think of is Xenoblade, the other stuff is kinda minor, in my opinion.
