In the latest Nintendo Power magazine, it has been revealed that a new RollerCoaster Tycoon is coming to the 3DS. Developed by n-Space, the game will be built from the ground up with brand new assets for the 3DS.
Oh, how I loved this game. All the memories. Like: Over charging for food and the bathrooms Making An army of Panda mascots and of course making the RollerCoasters very boring.

but why make boring coasters??
Why? to see the angry look customers get when they finally get off the ride made entirely out of "chain pieces"
The series is pretty in depth on the PC. I hope they don't have to dumb it down too much for it's 3DS release.
The fact that you could customise every little detail of your park (and manage it too) to a high degree always appealed to me. Theme Park on the other hand was so much more basic. I hope they don't try to make it a 'Theme Park'.
I also hope they add some extra pieces so you can make it more like a real coaster: for example it would be cool to created hills at certain angles, etc. And the need to implement immelmans and other inversions!
This was a killer PC sim. I hacked the source code (i program) to make people did whenever they got off a ride. 1 was great, 2 was better, than 3.. was awful. I hope that this si a new one.
