So we now have news of RCT3D coming out this fall. I for one am rather excited, since this was one of my favorite games when I was little. I still have my original copy back when I sent in Totino's pizza roll box tops and have been playing it again lately after probably over a decade. Ah, I remember freaking out when I first saw a coaster crash (I was around 5 or 6), then realized I could purposely drown people that were annoying me. Anyway, enough with the past, are any of you looking forward to portable park building?

I used to love playing around with the PC versions, but I have my doubts over the likeliness of a port being well done.
Look at the Sims, and then judge for yourself. I'll be a skeptic for now.
EDIT: Just saying, RCT3 made it so people can swim out of the water and don't die, so I don't think the 3DS version will allow you to play god like that.
I am hopeful for this one. After all, SimCity DS didn't get great reviews, but I loved it and poured hours into developing my little portable city. Granted I've never played the PC editions, but still. I would love to see RCT work on a portable, even if the scale isn't as large as the PC versions.
Of course it isn't going to be spectacular like the PC versions, but even if it isn't all that good, I'd still like to have it as a budget game if it's priced accordingly.

I absolutely adored RCT3 when we had it. Unfortunately, it broke.
But, I'm actually skeptical about this game. I'm actually gonna guess that it won't be very good.
Why do people point to their wrists when asking for the time, but don't point to their crotch when they ask where the bathroom is?

Oh I too had this problem when I was little. It was actually very scary to see poeple die on such a friendly game lulz. Do you remember the accident on that ride (0:18)? It always ended up terribly.
I always wanted to play one one of these games, but never had the chance to try (I had an RT game when I was little, but our computer was too crappy to play it).
That said, unless I get a new job, I won't be able to get any new retail releases for awhile (just hoping to get KH:DDD and/or Paper Mario: Sticker Star for Christmas at best).
Currently Playing:
Switch - Blade Strangers
PS4 - Kingdom Hearts III, Tetris Effect (VR)
I remember this game when I was younger, got it free from a cereal box and always played it but now its gone so if its like the original I will pick it up.
In the beginning of the year I was so excited to get this game, and I was going to invest in it day one. But after being pushed back so much, I don't think I am going to get it. I have been saving up so much money for games, like New Super Mario Bros. 2, Paper Mario Sticker Star, Black Ops 2(first CoD game I'm getting since World at War), FIFA 13, and I still want to invest in both a Vita and Wii U!
It looks fun, and while it doesn't look to be as "robust" as the PC versions, it still looks like a solid portable entry. I just don't get why they waited to release it now. I understand the holidays are coming, but this game will end up getting lost in all of the huge triple A games coming out at the end of the year.
