Yea Tea that's what I was wondering, I think someone else pointed out that if it was complete cg or something there would be smoother polygons, meaning that those could very well be the in game models- which would be amazing, but I dont want to get my hopes up too high. All I am going to say is, if those are the in game models, I will probably explode with joy.
Yup, that's real time you can tell by lack of polygons at certain points and the texture resolution. The lighting is better than during gameplay because the action is predetermined but gameplay won't look too much different.

True, plus the engine can be fully used for rendering rather than for in-game things (scripting, etc) so it might not look quite as good... but we're talking 1st generation games here (developed by 3rd party!) - it's probably safe to say that if 3rd party uses shaders properly most games will look better than on Wii.

The scene opens up with Chris and Jill running down a hall (very similar to the Spencer Mansion) with a flash to a luxury cruise liner.
Chris: Some how I always managed to get through. Not this time. I... I messed up.
It looks like Chris and Jill are working together, and together to the point where Chris lowers his gun for just a moment, and Jill snaps the clip into it. (Which was sweet,by the way.) Then they are running down the hall, down some stairs into what looks like the main foyer of the Spencer estate and water rushes down after them. The ship they're on capsizes, and what happens after that isn't known.
The next scene opens up to a man sitting in a chair, handcuffed to it. Jill enters, aiming a gun at his head.
Jill: You think you'll get away with it?
Chris enters in, pointing his gun at her.
Chris: I already have, Jill.
She spins around herself and points her gun at him. She looks pissed, and yet slightly concerned.
Jill: Did you- do you have it?
Chris: Maybe. You'll have to kill me to find out.
That's when the camera focuses on the guy in the chair. He chuckles.
[Man in chair]: What would you do if you found it? It doesn't matter. By this point you're all already --
The scene cuts out, and we're left with the title screen
I just read this: MT Framework, the same technology that powers games like Lost Planet 2 and Resident Evil 5, will be used on the 3DS specifically on Resident Evil: Revelations.
4Gamer reported today:
"Resident Evil Revelations is being produced using the MT Framework that was developed for use with the Nintendo 3DS to deliver 3D visuals and quality comparable to console systems." The site also says that the game will take advantage of the 3DS being a portable machine."
