So my 3ds hinge recently broke (the side that has the wireless switch) and I am probably going to get it repaired, any idea about how much that costs?

Nintendo has a 1 Year Warranty on all Nintendo Systems. If you still have time you can get the repairs for free. Go to www.support.nintendo.com to find out more. If you don't have the warranty left then I don't know sorry.

Ask @bezerker99 about repair costs, I imagine the WiiU and 3ds have similar prices.

If you go to Nintendo's support site you can set up a repair for your 3DS. If your handheld is still under warranty, the cost will show up as $0.00. If not, it will tell you how much the repair will cost (including shipping costs)....and this is all before you commit to the repair.

I've sent my 3DS off for repair twice in the past but it was under warranty so I'm not sure how much it costs generally.

one of the speakers of my 3ds blew just a few days ago. now it crackles horribly. I didn't do anything to it. Flipped it open one day and bam so sad about it. no warranty, although I might look up a video to do it myself and search for parts online.

I know in Canada it costs $125 plus tax and $10 shipping to fix a system out of warranty. not sure about the US.
