Topic: Refund on funds put on 3ds e-shop

I was supposed to put 100 SEK on it but it glitched and put 600 SEK, I really don't need the additional 500 SEK on the e-shop and wonders if there is a way to get a re-fund since those 500 SEK is what I need to buy food until I get paid next time. It is really important for me to get that money back.

We aren't Nintendo, just a fan site, so there's not much we can do.

I don't think they do refunds. You can ask Nintendo directly to see.

Your best bet would be good call Nintendo and see if they'll be kind enough to discharge some of your funds.

As Meowph said above though, I'm not sure if that will be possible. I've only ever added funds through prepaid eshop cards, and those are for sure non-refundable.
