I have one. Nintendo released the release date for the release date, and on the release date they will release the release date.

Hi.

It'll be like Starbuck's Coffee (way too overpriced for something that is still good, just not worth the price you pay for it).

She-Ra is awesome. If you believe otherwise, you are clearly wrong.
Lindsey Stirling is as awesome as She-Ra. Perhaps even more so.

I don't know about you, but I can count the people I know who "limit their gaming time" on one hand. :P

The 3DS weighs more than a DS Lite and a DSi.

The 3DS is backwards compatible with the DSi, and might allow DSiWare transfer (It's unconfirmed, but a guy who was working on it was interviewed in Nintendo Power and dodged a question about DSiWare Transfer, although he said he'd like to do what the people want, or something like that :P)

Cold Hard facts. The 3DS can read magazines. 3DSware is real.

The bottom screen of the 3DS is smaller than both of the DS Lite's screens.

Why do people point to their wrists when asking for the time, but don't point to their crotch when they ask where the bathroom is?

The 3DS seems to have a thing for Miis and Wuhu Island (as seen in Mario Kart, Nintendogs + Cats, and especially Pilotwings Resort). Also, it will be the greatest thing since sliced bread. :)

The Slide Pad is not well suited to lefty gamers in games that utilize it and the touch screen simultaneously (read: Kid Icarus Uprising).

The console may be able to take pictures in 3D.

Confirmed - I did it myself on Tuesday :) http://3ds.nintendolife.com/news/2010/07/hands_on_we_experien...

it has 2 cameras on the exterior that are about the same distance of your 2 eyeballs. so when you aim and shoot, it takes 2 pictures and when you view them on the top screen of your 3DS, they show your left and right eye 2 different images.
How does that work? Seems kinda strange because it would have to see all around your hear or something to see your pics in 3D.

Well, that would mean the 3DS would have 3 sets of dual screens, meaning it would have 6 screens! I think 3DS stands for 3 Dimentional Screen

The SD card case has the template on the right side, as opposed to it being on the left side like the original Nintendo DS.
